IBPS PO (Probationary Officer) exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection on behalf of participating Public Sector Banks (excluding SBI) to recruit officers in Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The selection has Prelims (online), Mains (online), and Interview. Selected candidates undergo two years of probation before becoming confirmed officers.
