Eligibility Criteria
- ✦Family listed in SECC 2011 (Socio-Economic Caste Census) database — rural or urban deprivation criteria
- ✦Automatically included: RSBY beneficiaries, certain occupational categories (rag pickers, domestic workers, construction workers, etc.)
- ✦Senior citizens aged 70 years and above (regardless of income)
- ✦No restriction on family size, age or gender of beneficiaries
- ✦Pre-existing diseases covered from Day 1
